# Pull Request Comment not Triggering Pipeline

I would like to be able to trigger this pipeline whenever someone comments: “/deploy” on a pull request. For some reason, this won’t trigger at all. I even tried with _any comment_ on a PR, and still no such luck. Am I missing something here?

Your configuration looks correct to me. Could you please open a support ticket from the top right profile menu in your account?

Make sure to include

- The pipeline that has this trigger
- A link to the comment you added on the PR

This way our support team will investigate.

FWIW this is also broken for me with the same configuration, STR. Would be helpful to have solutions posted here if they don’t require CF backend intervention.

There is a support article for pull request triggers [Pull request not building – Codefresh](https://support.codefresh.io/hc/en-us/articles/360015128239-Pull-request-not-building)

But if you also have an issue with pull request comments, you should open a ticket with our support team so that they can investigate.
