UI text contrast is too low

In many places the ui text is difficult to read for example the contrast of the left sidebar text:

There are a lot of colors that fail the basic accessibility requirements described on contrast-ratio.com. Like places with light-colored text on white backgrounds:

green text color: #23679df7
blue text color: #2311b5a4

I don’t have any vision problems I can only imagine how difficult it would be for someone without perfect vision to read this text.
