I am new to codefresh i am trying to install the codefresh cli in windows10. I am following the download procedure and download the cf-windows-amd64.tar.gz file after that i have try to open the that file it showing unkown file type. Please anyone help to resolve this issue

This is a tar and Gzip file.
You need a special application to open it as Windows only supports Zip files.
Have you tried https://www.7-zip.org/ ?
Alternatively you can just use Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and there download the Linux version of the CLI
